Directions:
- Lightly spray around your pillow as part of your evening routine.
- Spray 1-2 pumps onto your pillow
- Lightly mist the air around your bed
- Use nightly as part of your bedtime ritual for deeper, most restful sleep.
- If you wake up during the night, repeat the spray and relax.
