Returns and Exchanges
Full price purchases for all products except furniture and heavy items: You may return new, unused (still in packaging, not taken out) items within 14 days of the email that confirms shipment for an exchange only. Please contact us at email@example.com for a return number, we will only accept returns with a return number.
You, the customer will need to pay for shipping to and from The Home & Linen Ladies. If the goods are not in a clean and re-sellable condition, we will be unable to exchange your order. If the product in question is not in a clean and re-sellable condition, You the customer, will need to pay for freight back to your location.
Sale purchases for all products except furniture and heavy items: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind on Sale items. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.
If the product is faulty, we will happily exchange or refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to contact us.

Returns are not accepted other than for defects or as required under law. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Free fabric swatches are available on request (up to a maximum of five swatches). We highly recommend that customers confirm their Product selection using a fabric swatch. Variation of the colour of a Product from its online representation is not considered a defect. Although significant effort is made to accurately represent the Product colour online, the actual presentation of the Product will vary because of the difficulty in photographing certain fabrics, the screen used to view the Product as well as differences in lighting.
Product defects should be reported in writing within 5 business days following delivery and evidenced photographically. Please email email@example.com
A refund, credit or exchange will only be issued once the goods have been returned in original packaging and inspected.
Where a return is accepted on a discretionary basis (i.e. for a product which is not considered defective), the Customer must return the relevant Product/s at its own expense within 14 days of purchase. In such a case, the Supplier will charge a restocking fee equivalent to 15% of the returned Product, which will be deducted from any refund amount.
